Structural Welder – $28–$33 / hr | Contract-to-Hire

| 4-Day Workweek | 1st Shift : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Join a growing fabrication team where your welding skills help build steel bridges that make a lasting impact. We’re hiring a Structural Welder to perform flux core MIG welding on components up to 1 / 2" thick. This hands-on role offers room to grow into a lead position and includes cross-training on a variety of fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform flux core MIG welding on structural steel bridge components
• Read and interpret blueprints to complete full layouts and fabrication
• Operate overhead and jib cranes to move materials safely
• Use band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grinders for fabrication tasks
• Weld in various positions, including crawling under materials when needed
• Maintain flexibility and mobility throughout the shop
• Potential to step into a lead welder role based on experience and performance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 / hr.
