Key Responsibilities
Administer employee health and welfare plans and resolve benefits-related issues
Oversee new employee onboarding and coordinate company-wide training efforts
Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate tracking and interview support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Some experience in Benefits Administration, such as Open Enrollment
SHRM-CP credential preferred
Experience with HRIS systems for record-keeping and file maintenance
Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR compliance
