Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver for Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC, we have four simple rules :

  • Show up on time and be ready to work.
  • Provide quality delivery experience.
  • Safe, incident-free driving.
  • Go home safe and sound.

Pay starts at $23.25 / hr. However, most of our delivery drivers earn $24-$27+ with weekly bonuses!

  • After a successful 90-day review focused on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety. base pay may increase to $23.50 / hr.

    • The Details :

  • Start time : 10 : 15 am sharp. End time : typically, 8 : 00 pm or earlier.
  • Typical Schedule : Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, and Fri-Mon
  • Paid training
  • We provide all the tools to do the job. (Van, phone, uniform, etc)
  • Overtime after 40 clocked hours (time and a half).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued from day 1.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision coverage are available after 30 days for FTEs
  • 401k (matching) after 90 days, vested after 18 months.

    This position is based out of DWA6 in Kent, WA. Do you like to work independently in a fast paced, team focused environment? If so, we may be the place for you. We are looking for candidates that are hardworking, act with integrity and bring a positive attitude everyday. Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC, is the TOP PERFORMING Delivery Service Provider in Kent, WA. This position is based out of DWA6 in Kent, WA. We proudly serve the Renton, Skyway, Tukwila, Columbia City, and Mercer Island areas.

    How are we different from other DSPs?

  • We operate a "Shared Success" business model. 40% of Scorecard Bonuses earned are paid to our team members based on their individual performance.
  • We recognize that our delivery drivers are our biggest asset and treat each as a professional with trust and respect. That said, we do not tolerate underperforming individuals who affect the overall team performance.
  • We are fanatical about Safety while driving and delivery.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Have a valid Driver's License
  • Successful drug test (THC / Marijuana is okay).
  • Possess a positive, "can-do" customer-first attitude.
  • Be 100 % Reliable : Report to Work on Time, Every Day.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and willing to work at a fast pace in all types of weather.
  • Perform a minimum of 20-25 stops per hour.
