Job summary : The music and education pastor is responsible for the development and promotion of the music / worship program of the church and leading the church in planning, conducting and evaluating a comprehensive program of Christian education through Bible study, training courses and other activities.

Responsibilities :

• Be faithful for regularly scheduled services.
• Assist the pastor in the planning worship services.
• Maintain music library, materials, supplies and instruments.
• Direct or oversee all choirs.
• Serve as music resource for church functions such as weddings, funerals and other special events.
• Coordinate the ordering of all education materials.
• Oversee the training of all church teachers and Sunday school leadership.
• Actively participate in the Church’s outreach program.
• Prepare annual budget for music ministry and education ministry and administer the approved budget.
• Be accountable to the pastor.
