Intern - Marketing

Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which serve approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors.

This is a twelve (12) week paid internship program beginning May 2026. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an expected graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027

Sunoco is seeking a driven, hands-on marketing coordinator to assist with our Consumer Marketing, B2B and loyalty programs. The selected candidate will work closely with key marketing stakeholders, external agencies, business development and account management to develop and implement marketing programs, promotions and communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Assist with promotions to support key consumer marketing initiatives such as Sunoco Go Rewards and Ultratech Quality Fuels

Support marketing leadership with the roll out of consumer engagement activations across key sponsorships such as NASCAR

Support B2B team in the development of marketing materials, such as web content and direct mail, to support the growth of Sunoco LP's fuel distribution network

Support project plans for the Go Rewards fuel loyalty program and partnerships

Work cross-functionally with Sunoco's Business Development and Account Management team to collaborate on program communication and roll out

Required Skills (External)

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

Junior status as of Fall 2026 preferred

Understanding of consumer marketing and / or communications practices preferred

Attention to detail is a must

Must possess excellent writing, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in full Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with occasionally tight deadlines

Self-motivated individual with a high personal standard of excellence who can work independently

Involvement in activities outside college studies
