Patient Interaction : Provide a 5-star patient experience, from welcoming patients to ensuring their comfort during treatment. Chairside Assistance : Support the dentist during patient examinations and treatments when necessary. Patient Education : Educate patients on oral hygiene, pre- and post-treatment care, and long-term dental health practices. Dental Procedures : Skilled in taking dental x-rays, intra-oral scans, and photographs. Infection Control : Strictly adhere to infection control protocols, sterilizing instruments, equipment, and treatment areas. Documentation : Maintain accurate treatment records, including periodontal charting, dental charting, and treatment plans. Inventory Management : Manage and restock supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly. Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Wisconsin. Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program. A positive, patient-first attitude with a passion for providing exceptional care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
