Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). By leveraging the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering children diagnosed with autism to thrive. Children’s Specialized ABA offers home-based, community-based, and center-based ABA therapy.

Join Us as a Graphic Designer
We’re seeking a brand-forward Graphic Designer who can deliver clean, creative visuals and engaging video content across digital platforms. This person should be highly organized, quick-turnaround capable, and deeply skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. If you’re a visual thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate messaging into compelling design- we want to talk.
What You'll Do :
Design and develop visual concepts, layouts and production designs for print and digital materials including brochures, advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, web graphics, other print materials and presentations.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Assist in website design updates and digital campaigns.
Create illustrations and infographics that simplify complex concepts for families and children.
Collaborate with marketing, community outreach, and clinical leadership to ensure designs align with brand messaging.
Understand / learn regulations per state and abide by them across all design work.
Be a good creative partner to Brand team and company by suggesting file / format / build improvements that drive efficiency.
Be eager to keep up with trends, tech updates, and latest software tricks.
Review and proofread all designs to ensure accuracy and high quality before final delivery.
Troubleshoot files and ensure that assets conform to standard procedures and make professional recommendations to correct print or digital production challenges
Present design concepts, implement client feedback, and make necessary changes to achieve the desired outcome.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
2+ years of professional design experience (experience in healthcare, education, or child-focused organizations is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and child-friendly design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects)
Strong copy layout & messaging translation – ability to understand and visually represent messaging from multiple departments or sources
Highly organized – manage and version assets efficiently, especially across multiple campaigns or deliverables
Quick turnaround times – responsive, deadline-driven work without sacrificing quality
Platform-specific design experience – social media (Instagram, , TikTok), web, email, etc.
Brand-forward creativity – ability to stay within visual guidelines while bringing new energy and fresh ideas
Organized prioritization of tasks
Desirable :
Motion graphics or light animation skills – social GIFs, explainer videos, animated branding
WordPress experience – updating graphics, light content / layout edits
Familiarity with basic HTML / CSS (bonus, not required)
Work Location & Hours :
This is a full-time position working in a hybrid setting (1 -2 days on-site) at one of our EI Centers in NJ (Jackson, Newark, Voorhees). The core hours are 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $55,000.000 to $65,000.00 per year.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
