Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic fundraising leader to assume the role of Assistant Vice President, Transformational Giving.
The Senior Director of Development for the College of Medicine is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to attract major philanthropic support aligned with the colleges vision and our client's strategic goals. This position plays a key role in cultivating meaningful relationships with individuals, alumni, and organizations who are passionate about supporting medical education, research, and innovation.
Reporting to the Executive Director Health Affairs, the Sr. Director will build and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and serve as a critical connector between donors and the impactful work happening at the College of Medicine.
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6)
The anticipated salary range for a well-qualified candidate is $89,076 $133,614
Final compensation will be determined based on education, relevant experience, and alignment with both the positions requirements and the candidate's demonstrated success in similar roles.
