Your Role as a Physical Therapist

As part of our dedicated rehabilitation team, you will :

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals
  • Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to help residents improve mobility and quality of life
  • Document clinical progress and outcomes effectively
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Passion for working with the aging population
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state
