Looking to break into the world of edtech while building skills in customer success and operations? The Customer Success Coordinator role at Kloud-12 is a chance to do just that. You’ll learn the ins and outs of onboarding, support, and CRM management — all while making a direct impact on the teachers and administrators who use our technology every day.

As a Customer Success Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include :

Supporting schools and districts through onboarding by delivering scripted trainings, sharing follow-up resources, and tracking progress.

Responding to Tier 1 customer support requests (basic troubleshooting, FAQs, and account updates).

Maintaining accurate data in our CRM by entering new information, flagging duplicates, and keeping records organized.

Preparing and sending templated customer communications, such as onboarding reminders, renewal notices, and updates.

Managing key administrative tasks like user forms, policy renewals, and school blackout dates in coordination with CS leadership.

Monitoring customer engagement and escalating issues or non-responses to ensure smooth experiences.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to keep processes aligned and customers supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service, education , or operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences (teachers, administrators, teammates)

High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data, following processes, or documenting steps

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at once, from customer requests to onboarding checklists

Comfort learning new systems and software quickly, with curiosity to improve how tools are used

Proactive problem-solving : spotting issues, asking good questions, and knowing when to escalate

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in and support others

A positive, service-driven approach to supporting educators and colleagues

As this is an in-office position, personal transportation is needed to commute to our office located right off of I-85 N.

Travel Requirement

This role is primarily based in our Lawrenceville, GA office. Occasional travel (day trips or occasional overnights, typically within Georgia) may be required for critical customer trainings or onsite support. Travel is infrequent and planned in advance.
