Description :
Cost Managers are responsible for ensuring estimates are tracked to all project metrics such as schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs. The Cost Manager assists in all aspects of preconstruction and is administered in compliance with company policies and procedures and Rudolph and Slettens Core Values (client-focused, integrity, passion for building, quality, safety, service, technology-driven). Knowledge bases include technical and operational knowledge of building construction, R&S corporate policies and procedures, general leadership, administrative, and execution skill sets.
