We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative for an onsite role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the commercial insurance account manager team.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Commercial Lines Account Management team across a variety of job functions.
- Assist in reviewing policies and working with carriers, as well as billing and invoicing.
- Analyze client insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments
- Identify gaps in coverage including account rounding, cross selling and upselling opportunities.
- Identify pricing discrepancies
- Help prepare proposals
- Help process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities
Qualifications & Experience :
Current property and casualty license1-2+ Years of experience preferred in commercial underwriting or related roleBackground in assistant underwriting or assistant account management with a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coveragesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleaguesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOrganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
