Job Title : Network Analyst II

Job Description :
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience with network infrastructure, access control, surveillance, telecommunications, life-safety, or building automation technology and systems.
- Experience in network cabling, structured wiring, and physical technology installations.
- Experience installing and supporting a variety of IT resources that enable daily business functions such as A / V technology, web-conferencing solutions, or point-of-sale equipment
- Working knowledge of network connectivity troubleshooting, with the ability to identify issues and coordinate with external service providers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of IT industry best practices and security standards.
- Strong attention to detail and experiencing creating clear documentation of complex technical systems, workflows, and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving infrastructure needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal or external partners.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and access mechanical spaces as needed.
- Ability to work in a physically active role, including running cables, mounting equipment, and working in network closets.

Experience with state, local, or federally funded IT infrastructure projectsExperience with surveillance solutions or hardware including Avigilon, Exacq, and AxisExperience with card access systems including Software House CCURE 9000Experience with network infrastructure solutions including Cisco and UbiquitiExperience with IT network services including DNS, NTP, DHCP, Active Directory, etc.
