Job Title : Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to manage and lead a small team on various projects. The role offers competitive pay, fringe benefits for Public Works jobs, and per diem for out-of-town assignments. The position requires a commitment to travel, with projects predominantly located in Ohio and other states. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership abilities, offering the potential for a salaried position after the contract period.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of three on various piping and reinforcement projects.
  • Ensure projects remain on track
  • Work independently and collaboratively to install and maintain the integrity of pipe infrastructure.
  • Handle piping projects involving storm water, sewer, and utilities, working with pipes ranging from 30-inch to 10-foot in diameter.
  • Coordinate and execute carbon fiber reinforcement projects for bridges, posts, and beams.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to guide installation and maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction, plumbing, and piping.
  • Strong project leadership and team management skills.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to work comfortably at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.

  • Experience leading projects and teams, regardless of industry.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Open to learning and training in job-specific skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00 / yr.
