• Ongoing urgent care coverage with multiple shifts available
• Outpatient only, no call required
• Steady patient flow with diverse urgent care cases
• Lives within 65-mile radius of sites Requirements
• Board Certified NP or PA (NCCPA / NP Boards)
• Active NC license
• Minimum 12 months urgent care / acute care / EM experience (no new grads)
• BLS required
• Proficiency in Epic (must use EMR for all visits)
• Strong soft skills to work independently as sole provider

• Start Date : ASAP
• End Date : Ongoing
• Coverage : No call, outpatient only
• EMR : Epic Clinical Details
• Setting : Urgent Care center
• Schedule : Full shifts, provider is sole clinician on-site
• Patients Per Shift : Avg. 30 (up to 40)
• Support Staff : Center Manager, MA, PSA; Supervising physician offsite
• Cases : Adult + pediatric urgent care
• Procedures : I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, minor procedures Compensation
• Rate (capped) : $85 / hr
• Malpractice : Provided
• Travel : Mileage reimbursed
