1-2 years experience in upscale or full -service diningStrong knowledge of food, wine, and pairing recommendationsPoised, professional, and able to build authentic guest rapportExcellent multitasking and table management in high-volume settingsProficient in POS systems and confident in executing refined serviceRunners
1–2 years experience running food in a full-service restaurantComfortable carrying multiple plates and using trays with precisionClear communicator with expo and service teamsTimely and attentive to presentation and order accuracyFamiliarity with Italian cuisine a plusBartenders
