Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Printing Machine Operator to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Garant, Beasley, or Weber printing / converting machines , a strong mechanical aptitude, and a passion for maintaining top-quality production standards.

You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure consistent performance and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate printing and converting machines (Garant, Beasley, Weber, or similar)
  • Troubleshoot ink, glue, and plate issues to maintain production flow
  • Ensure high-quality output and adherence to customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers to achieve production goals

Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, or Weber bag machines (preferred)

    • Schedule & Benefits :

  • 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday (Friday overtime as needed)
  • Day Shift : 6 : 15 AM – 4 : 35 PM
  • No weekends!
