Job Description

Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure quality standards are met. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
