VTG is seeking Acquisition Management Support in our office in Charleston, SC.

What will you do?

• Capable of providing daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level personnel.
• Support includes providing detail oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
• Be involved in various administrative tasks.
• Have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills.
• Individual should work to be familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
• SharePoint, Jira / Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Project experience preferred but not required.
• Support Project Lead and project level SMEs with the generation of management and technical documentation, presentation, and reports at reoccurring intervals as dictated by the project team.
• Leverage reporting templates to generate cost and schedule forecasts.
• Develop and maintain color-coded organizational breakdown structures and organizational charts to report Government and contractor project / contract assignments.
