Role Responsibilities :

• Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of new products
• Estimate manufacturing costs
• Determine time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements
• Develop design methods and parameters, project methodology and / or project proposals
• Develop and use test procedures
• Participate in the preparation of concept and feasibility studies
• Gather operational and test data and evaluates results
• Evaluate work methods, procedures and policies Minimum Qualifications :
• Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
• Legally authorized to work in the United State without future sponsorship needed Preferred Qualifications :
• Previous internship or related field experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
