A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (P&C).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
Process service requests such as adding / removing vehicles and drivers
Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
Passion for helping others
Willingness to obtain a P&C license (paid for by the company)
Availability to work the specified schedule (Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday : 6am - 4 : 30pm ET)
