Base pay
$54,080.00 / yr - $62,400.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities
Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all timesWork alongside the Community Manager to ensure maintenance requests, vendor contracts, and operational tasks are handled efficientlyOversees the application process for new move-ins and at each recertification within established regulatory guidelinesAssist with lease renewals, waitlist management, and move-in / move-out procedures in accordance with affordable housing guidelinesMarkets vacant units in accordance with approved marketing planMeets with and responds to resident concerns, requests, and complaintsMaintains a high level of professionalism, integrity and respect when interacting with residents, team members, vendors, and community stakeholdersOversees the collection of rents and other monies, reviews all delinquent accounts and resident receivablesAttends and participates in professional activities, meetings, organizations, and regulatory agency meetings or inspectionsWalks property daily to ensure common areas are in good conditionPerforms annual or more frequent inspection of units and follow upsRequirements
1+ years' experience as an assistant manager at a conventional multifamily community of 100+ unitsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team membersExceptional time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographicExperience with rent collection and delinquency managementBe able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the propertyAbility to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagementAbility to handle complaints and ensure community standards are upheldStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and local authoritiesMarketing and sales skills to promote vacant units and maintain high occupancy ratesProficiency in property management software (i.e., Yardi, CRM, Blue Moon, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Client Central)Strong communication skills and works well as a teamStrong computer skillsA positive attitudeMust have a valid driver’s licenseBenefits
