Responsibilities
Serve as the main technical liaison between the employer and assigned clientsProvide proactive guidance and best practices to help clients achieve successManage technical escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issuesLead regular technical reviews and health checks with customersProvide 24 / 7 / 365 on-call technical support as part of a rotational scheduleQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical roleStrong knowledge of SRE practices, process engineering, and Azure cloud environmentsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
