Base pay

$110,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Overview

This role bridges cloud infrastructure, systems administration, and light development / integration work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and collaborative—someone who can bring stability, visibility, and modernization to our environment across AWS, SSO (Okta / Auth0), and data / reporting systems. This person will also serve as a technical thought partner to the Director of Technology, challenging ideas, proposing improvements, and implementing the best technical solutions to meet business needs.

Top Priorities

  • Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)
  • Support and improve single sign-on (SSO) systems — primarily Okta and Auth0
  • Strengthen integrations between HubSpot, Configio, and internal systems
  • Automate processes and perform light scripting / development (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Build and maintain data reports and dashboards to improve organizational insight
  • Oversee core system administration (monitoring, backups, patching, access control)
  • Partner with the Director of Technology to evaluate systems, vendors, and infrastructure strategy

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud systems, DevOps, or IT infrastructure
  • Strong AWS and SSO (Okta / Auth0) experience
  • Ability to write automation scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of APIs, data management, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
