We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our finance team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Position Summary

The Entry-Level Accountant will support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, accounts payable / receivable, and assisting with monthly closings. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Help track inventory costs and manufacturing expenses
• Assist with audits and internal control procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned
