State Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Corporate Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead legal support for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and other strategic transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate and transactional documents

Oversee corporate governance and entity management, including formation and maintenance of corporate entities

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Minimum of ten (10) years of legal practice, particularly in healthcare corporate transactions

Substantial experience in leading healthcare mergers and acquisitions

Combination of large law firm and in-house healthcare experience preferred
