Eli Lilly is one of our oldest and most organized clients.

The company is dedicated to a centralized surplus asset management program that is based out of its headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

EquipNet works hand in hand with Lilly’s asset management team to identify, appraise, inventory, track, redeploy, and sell surplus laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment.

EquipNet’s Onsite Project Manager will be embedded within Eli Lilly’s operation in Indianapolis.

This position reports directly to EquipNet’s Project Management Department Head and will focus on managing items listed on EquipNet’s ARMs platform.

Responsibilities :

  • Receive, sort, and inventory inbound surplus equipment coming into Lilly’s Indianapolis’ location Create listings to be posted on Lilly’s ARMS (Asset Redeployment Management System) site  Manage the sale of Lilly assets through EquipNet’s sales channels and work with the logistics team to facilitate the pickup of equipment after the sale Effectively build customer relationships within the Eli Lilly enterprise that promote retention and loyalty  Manage Eli Lilly projects outside of Indianapolis Ensure client expectations and deadlines are met Support Account Leaders with generating client data, presentation materials, and general admin work  Support Eli Lilly employees with ARMS usage and reporting  Develop and maintain project records and documentation  Manage and coordinate external logistics activity Requirements : Self-motivated and flexible  Excellent planning, organizing and networking skills  A natural communicator who has excellent negotiation, presentation, persuasive and interpersonal skills  The ability to always set appropriate expectations Enthusiastic, highly driven, able to cope under pressure and able to meet targets.  Able to juggle multiple projects in various locations  A command of Excel and other Microsoft business suite applications as well as intuitive knowledge of web-based software Compensation and Benefits : Salary Range : $70,000-$77,000 / annually.  Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, dental, etc   Powered by JazzHR
