Accounts Receivable Specialist / AR Specialist

Fenton Mobility seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist who's as comfortable managing ledgers as they are building rapport with high-level customers. We're looking for a sharp, dependable AR Specialist to help drive financial accuracy and collaborate across departments in a fast-moving front office setting.

What You'll Be Doing in this AR Role

  • Overseeing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely billing and collections
  • Contacting customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Interfacing with customers and internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies
  • Supporting front office operations, including sales and administrative tasks
  • Sharing tasks in a flexible, collaborative office environment
  • Keeping financial data accurate, up-to-date, and accessible
