Job Title : Tower Foreman

Job Description

The Tower Foreman will assist in supervising a team of 2-5 climbers to safely and efficiently perform repairs and upgrades at elevated locations. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations and policies while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The position involves reading blueprints, executing scopes of work, and contributing to the expansion and upgrades of major cellular carrier networks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist a crew of 2-5 climbers in performing repairs and upgrades.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently, following safety regulations and policies.
• Read and interpret customer blueprints to execute work according to specifications.
• Conduct pre-work and post-work site audits to ensure quality.
• Train team members in various tasks and safety procedures.
• Maintain proper use of company vehicles, credit cards, and other assets.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00 / hr.
