✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Director of Group Living at Hope Forest Academy  in Paisley, Florida. ✨

We are located on a beautiful 49-acre ranch style campus where we provide services and care for at-risk boys ages 10 to 18. We have daily visitors such as turkeys, deer and even wild peacocks. We also have two lakes stocked with fish for both kids and staff to enjoy whenever possible.

Pay : Starting Yearly Salary $64K

What you will do : The Director of Group Living oversees residential services and living units and serves as the Program Director in his / her absence. Primarily responsible for managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care and to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. The Director of Group Living reports to the Program Director and supervises the Group Supervisors and direct care staff.

To be considered you should : Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Four years of related experience in residential facility management. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple people and projects. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a desire to work with troubled teens. Be able to pass a criminal background check, child abuse registry, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Schedule : 5-days on 2-days off. Days of the week may vary; evening, overnight and weekend hours as necessary
