Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of 100 Contact Center Agents and 5 Senior Agents
Provide coaching, mentoring, and reinforcement of training to enhance customer service
Collaborate with clients and leadership to ensure operational excellence and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a contact center supervisor
At least 4 years of call center experience
Ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
Must reside within 50 miles of Reno, NV
