Job Highlights

Pay : $20.00?$25.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday?Friday, Day Shift

Location : Katy, TX

Type : Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

Inspect electrical components and assemblies during and after production

Verify documentation accuracy (assembly sheets, QC forms, inspection logs)

Use tools such as digital multimeters, tape measures (metric), and hand tools

Identify and document workmanship issues or non-conforming materials

Communicate findings with production and quality teams for corrective action

Maintain cleanliness and organization following 5S standards

Adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

1?3 years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

Hands-on experience using multimeters and precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Basic English communication (verbal and written)

Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual inspection tasks
