Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Hospice Nurses and Hospice Aides who specialize in end-of-life care. You will provide pain management, symptom relief, and emotional support, guiding patients and their loved ones through a challenging time with empathy, respect, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess patient comfort and implement individualized palliative care plans.
  • Manage pain, medication, and any distressing symptoms to ensure quality of life.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and family members.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospice regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • Valid RN or CNA certification for hospice work in California.
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care.
  • Compassion, excellent communication, and emotional resilience.
