Reviewing and finalizing correspondence, reports, discovery, and pleadingsUnderstanding the facts and backgrounds of each caseElectronic court filingsTracking discovery and document production in written and expert discoveryCommunicating with witnesses and experts and scheduling meetings and depositionsReviewing client guidelines for billing purposesFormatting general and reviewing pleadings, discovery, reports, and correspondenceScanning, filing, and copyingScheduling depositions and making travel arrangementsQualifications :
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary, medical malpractice defense litigation firm preferredMust have prior experience with litigation processesHeplerBroom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
