About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to join our newly opened Outpatient Oncology Center. Our facility features advanced imaging technology, including MRI scanners, CT scanner, X-ray unit, and C-arm for surgical procedures. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality imaging for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Responsibilities Perform MRI scans on patients of all age groups. Start IVs, obtain vitals, and screen patients for MRI safety by reviewing patient charts. Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring optimal performance and image quality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience in an outpatient or hospital setting. BLS certification and ARRT registration required; advanced ARRT certification preferred. Proficient in IV starts, phlebotomy, PACS, and contrast administration. Experience with Siemens Healthineers MRI equipment and EPIC documentation system required. Strong knowledge of MRI procedures (abdomen, pelvis, head / neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion imaging, and perfusion). Familiarity with MRI techniques including gradient echo, spin echo, T1- and T2-weighted imaging.
