Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Pay : $30 $35 / hour

Shift : 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 rotation (includes weekends)

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

PM Maintenance Technicians

Schedule : 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client at a busy galvanizing plant. This role is ideal for candidates with prior maintenance experience in a heavy industrial, galvanizing, or construction environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, hoists, and production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Conduct preventive maintenance according to scheduled timelines

Diagnose equipment issues and determine necessary repairs

Collaborate with operations team to minimize downtime and prioritize urgent repairs

Maintain tools, equipment, and shop area in clean and safe condition

Document maintenance performed and parts used

Requirements :

3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, or construction environment

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and physically demanding environments
