Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $124,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs
  • Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide well-rounded, interdisciplinary care
  • Work in a fully equipped center with therapy rooms, gross motor areas, and play spaces

Responsibilities

  • Required Skills

  • Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required
  • Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required
