Overview
The Exchange engineer will be responsible for the implementation and support of Microsoft Office 365, Exchange on-premise, and will work with other engineering teams to facilitate the growth of messaging capabilities within MetLife. The Exchange engineer will ensure the reliability and security of globally distributed messaging services.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a large, diverse technical environment, supporting more than 90,000 mailboxes and 20+ Office 365 tenants globally. As part of the Messaging Team, you will be at the forefront of enterprise-scale innovation and collaboration. With an emphasis on governance, security, and performance, this role empowers you to make a tangible impact on how MetLife communicates and operates globally.
Success in this role requires hands-on messaging experience and proficiency in Active Directory, networking, DNS, and email security. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and regional teams in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
