A company is looking for a Senior Associate, CSA-3.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clients with account statements, balance inquiries, and various banking documents
Facilitate account maintenance, onboarding, and money movement tasks
Coordinate with relationship managers to meet client needs and ensure efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 4 years of experience in the financial industry
High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
Knowledge of financial industry legislation and bank products / services
Experience with Microsoft Office; SalesForce experience preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
