This long-term role offers stability, a flexible work environment, and the chance to provide essential care in a well-supported outpatient clinic. Responsibilities :
- Provide primary care services to a diverse adult and / or family population
- Perform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate patient care and make referrals as needed
- Document patient visits thoroughly in the EMR system
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality care
