Registered Nurse Supervisor Weekends

At  Accela Post Acute Care Hamilton , we believe leadership in nursing means more than managing—it means inspiring. We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate  Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor  to lead our shifts with confidence, professionalism, and heart.

This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys mentoring staff, and is committed to delivering excellent care in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care setting.

We are seeking a weekend nurse supervisor to do either 8 hr, 12 hr or 16 hr shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee nursing staff and daily operations on the weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nurses and CNAs.
• Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Respond promptly to resident or family concerns with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
