American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery travel position in Tennessee, requiring an active NC or compact RN license and recent L&D experience.

Responsibilities

\n

  • Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
  • 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00PM to 7 : 00AM
  • Assignment duration is approximately 12 weeks
  • Primary patient population includes laboring and postpartum women and newborns
  • Provide care and support to laboring patients, including fetal monitoring, patient assessments, and postpartum care
  • Attend deliveries and assist the medical team as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members during labor, delivery, and postpartum care
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply

    Requirements

    \n

  • Active NC or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required
  • Must have at least 2 years of overall RN experience
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification accepted, no expiration within the first 30 days
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
