Republican Jobs is searching for a Podcast Production Manager to lead a growing audio and video news program. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, production, and delivering engaging, high-quality podcasts to audiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee podcast production from concept to publication, including audio and video workflows.
  • Coordinate guest booking, conduct background research, and assist with episode scripting.
  • Manage logistics for both remote and in-person recordings, ensuring top-tier audio and video quality.
  • Track deadlines, episode timelines, and overall production schedules.
  • Collaborate with editorial leadership on content planning, show outlines, and creative direction.
  • Support venue coordination for live events and on-site recordings.
  • Review edited episodes for flow, factual accuracy, and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in podcast production, media production, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, or comparable tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with guests and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with U.S. politics and current events.
  • Creativity and storytelling ability with a focus on audience engagement.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced collaborative team.
