We are seeking a Leasing Manager in Savannah, GA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about creating a vibrant residential experience for students. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to lead a team in creating a welcoming and high-performing leasing office.

What You'll Do :

As the Leasing Manager, youll work closely with the Property Manager to lead the leasing function and assist in daily property operations. Your goal : ensure every student has a great leasing experience from tour to move-in.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead leasing efforts by giving engaging property tours, responding to inquiries, and managing the full leasing cycle
• Coordinate all lease paperwork, applications, and renewals with accuracy and compliance
• Track collections, post rent payments, and support delinquency follow-ups
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns to attract new residents
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and support positive relationships
• Oversee front office operations and mentor leasing team members
• Step in as Acting Property Manager when needed
• Assist with property operations including service requests, inspections, and financial reporting
