Details about this opportunity :

  • Part Time Center-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
  • Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-11 : 30am (hours may vary)
  • $18-$20 / hourly
  • Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and licenses / certifications held. The position may be full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the caseload, which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Implement ABA therapy principles and procedures with clinical supervision.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Acquire and maintain RBT credential within 90 days of employment.
  • Use CentralReach platform for data collection and graphing.
  • Implement Behavior Support and Intervention Plans as directed.
  • Manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, ensuring safety.
  • Maintain confidentiality of children and families' information in accordance with regulations.
  • Demonstrate company core values.

  • At least 6 months of ABA experience with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting
  • Enrolled or completed undergraduate studies in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related fields
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
