Job Description

The position : We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sr. Project Manager, Delivery Management to lead cross-functional initiatives in Direct-to-Patient (DTP) engagement. The role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, patient journeys, and healthcare compliance frameworks. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet business objectives, stay within scope, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Essential duties and responsibilities : Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by :

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
• Devising and implementing best practices for project delivery via existing tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
• All other duties as assigned.
