The Maintenance Planning Tech role is responsible for working directly with the business to review SAP notifications, plan, schedule and assist with completion of work activities in the SAP application. They will work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create, plan, schedule and complete activities in SAP. They will also interact both internally and externally with Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain and Vendors.

This is a challenging and but rewarding job that requires strong analytical, communication, computer and problem-solving skills. Some experience in SAP and knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.

The primary job duties of this position will include :

• Lead and conduct meetings with field operation teams
• Review and validate data from field-submitted requests
• Planning, prioritization and coordination for multiple work groups
• Utilization and communication of KPIs and reporting tools
