Loan Officer

This is an on-site, part-time position with the potential for no overtime. Schedule : M-F, 8 : 30-6 : 30 (includes a 1-hour lunch break) | Occasional Saturday 9-3. Type : Temp-to-Hire. Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

As a Loan Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's customers, guiding them through the application and payment process. We are looking for a highly reliable professional who is eager to build a long-term career with our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to applicants regarding the status of their loan applications.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize loan documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Process and accurately record customer loan payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a friendly, professional face of the company.
  • Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service experience with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong Computer Skills and proficiency with standard office software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.

    • Highly Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Loan Officer or similar role at a traditional loan company.
  • Experience with the Loan Pro Program software.

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $20.00
