Job Description : We are seeking a Program Manager Senior to support IT Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in workforce planning, manpower programs, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expertise in manpower, performance management, and human capital planning.
- Ensure compliance with military personnel and manpower regulations.
- Utilize MS Office and SharePoint for data management and reporting.
Qualifications :
Comprehensive understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel programs and regulations.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.Strong verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency.Salary Range : $70K to $80K / nego. based on experience
