The Goddard School located in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Assistant Director position with the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. The Assistant Director, working alongside an onsite owner, director and another assistant director, will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the school leadership in managing staff, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with parents and the community.
